Coaching Programmes
'Chance to Change' programme: £260
- 4 one hour sessions
- E-mail and text support between sessions
- Personal action planner
- Free 30 minute initial taster session included
Ideal for someone with a particular challenge or goal to explore, from quick to longer term. The sessions run over 3-4 months to suit you, allowing time to clarify your goals and how to tackle them. This could be for example choosing to work less or more hours, becoming a carer, starting a business.
Rapid Results programme: £130
- 2 one hour sessions
- E-mail and text support
- Personal action planner
- Free 30 minute initial taster session
Ideal if you have a challenge or decision to make quickly for example applying for a new job, tackling a project you have put off, clarifying relationship issues, building confidence to tackle a specific issue at work. People often use the Rapid Results programme to see clearly the changes they wish to make, and choose to move onto the full Chance to Change coaching programme.
Additional sessions available on request
These can be added on to any coaching programme at £70 per hour
Which coaching programme is right for me?
Most clients find that the 3 month chance to change programme provides the results they are looking for. I believe a coach’s role is to help people understand what their goals could be, then to help them unlock their ideas, make a positive change and support the motivation they need to succeed. Coaching is about building confidence and self reliance. I pride myself on working in a very positive, supportive way with clients, which does not make them dependent on me as a coach.
I would recommend booking a coaching top up after 6 and 12 months to assist you to achieve longer term goals, and keep you focussed.
